15 rooms are located in the old Villa on 2 floors, accessible only by stairs.

20 rooms (14 located on the ground floor of which 5 Bi Level and the remaining 6 rooms on the first floor, accessible by lift or stairs) All rooms are located in the new wing of the hotel, obtained from a meticulous renovation of the oldest stables.
