Front Office Agent

The ideal candidate has a diploma in the tourism-hotel sector and/or has gained previous experience in structures of the same category. The selected person will be part of the Front Office team:

Wanted features:

  • Welcome guests
  • Assistance to guests during their stay and promotion of hotel services
  • Check-in and check-out operations
  • Control of guests' expense items relating to accommodation, consumption, telephone, hotel services
  • Control of reservations through the portals of the main Online Travel Agencies (booking.com, expedia, hotelbeds, Agoda)

Preferential requirements:

  • Strong predisposition to teamwork and customer satisfaction, flexible and gifted with problem solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language and preferably of a second and third language at a good level.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and weekends.
